Buzono is a data management system for all of your vehicles tickets, tolls, camera, bus lane and any other violation it may receive. Any time an item is received for your vehicle from anywhere in the country, it is processed for you by our team. You’ll get a notification from us via email and on your profile, so you can decide what to do with it on your time. Everything will be online, ready when you are. With nationwide coverage, you won’t have to worry about where you put that ticket, or dealing with tolls by mail or paying late fees because you missed a payment, license and registration suspensions or coming out to find a boot on your car
Don’t check your mailbox often? Have your registration address in another part of the state? Do you get a lot of mail or your mail tends to get lost? So the better question isn’t why should you use Buzono, but why aren’t you?
Buzono monitors any and all correspondence for your vehicle. This includes renewal notices, warranty services, insurance letters, parking tickets, bus camera violations, toll and toll violations, speed and red light camera violations, registration suspension orders and more. We do not however, cover anything that has to do with you and your driver license. So things like moving violations, are not covered.

Sign up is easy. Just click the “Get Started” button on the home page or Sign Up button at the top right of your screen. Once you do, you will be asked to select a plan. Be sure to select a plan that makes sense for you and your needs. Each plan has a description that gives a basic outline on what is provided. You will receive a confirmation email with your user name and password. Now its time to sit back, relax, and let us take care of the rest. Within 30 days, we will update the information for the vehicle(s) you have on file with us to our intake processing center. Please note that any violations received during this 30-day period may still be sent to you. It’s important to monitor your vehicle’s paperwork during this time. However, after the 30-day period, you won’t need to worry about that anymore!
Each plan comes with our dedicated, 24\7 nationwide monitoring service for your vehicle. When items are received for your vehicle, we will review it and send it to you giving you options on what to do with it including filing, shredding, discarding or paying the violation.
Each plan has details of costs and what is included in the expanded description. Every plan comes with the following items:
-Real time messaging with customer service
-Processing of payments towards items like tickets, traffic violations, speed\red light camera violations, tolls and more
-Management of all documents received in one, central location for review at your leisure
-Reminder alerts before penalties are incurred on any violation that comes with a time line
Each of our plans comes with a set amount of items that you can receive within a calendar year. And while we know that most people are comfortable with the amount of items they receive, it’s not uncommon for some to receive more than they anticipated.
That’s where our overage rate comes in. If you exceed your item allowance for the year, you’ll be charged at the overage rate that corresponds to your plan. But here’s the thing: why pay extra when you can avoid those charges altogether by upgrading to the next plan level? Our upgraded plans offer more benefits and perks that go beyond just an increase in item allowance. With features like priority customer support, discounted shipping rates, and other exclusive perks, upgrading is a no-brainer.

At Buzono, we take pride in our ability to handle your vehicle account with efficiency and accuracy, so it’s no surprise that our users on average never receive duplicate items for the same transaction. Our team is on top of things from the moment we notice, ensuring that everything is processed quickly and accurately.
However, it’s important to keep in mind that exceptions do happen. If we receive a second or third notice for the same violation, it will still count against your item limit for the year. This means that you’ll need to keep an eye on your usage and make sure you’re not exceeding your limit.
The good news is that we don’t currently charge based on the number of pages in each item, so you don’t have to worry about that. However, we always strive to provide the best possible service to our users, and that may mean changes to our pricing and policies in the future. If we do decide to change our policies, we’ll be sure to notify you in advance and include the details in your plan.

If your card on file has expired, you’ll need to update your payment information to avoid any disruptions in service. Simply log in to your account, go to the billing or payment section, and enter your new card details. Once updated, your future payments will be processed using the new card.

We’d be really sorry to see you go, but we totally understand if you need to move on. You can cancel anytime, and any fees you’ve paid will still cover you for the rest of your subscription year—though they are non-refundable. But with plans starting at just $1 a week, it’s such a small price to pay for all the great benefits you get. And at less than the cost of just one toll, ticket or camera violation, it makes sense to have that extra bit of coverage
Items such as red light and speed camera violations, bus lane camera tickets, parking tickets, registration renewal notices, toll violations, toll payment requests, speed toll charges, or any other notice received at our office for your vehicle will be automatically added to your account. You’ll be notified by email and, if you have our app, through a push notification.
